Lloyd Fitzsimmons worked in finance, construction and the service industry before his own personal addiction recovery journey brought him to the addiction field where he has worked for the past decade. After doing client support and recovery coaching for a premier sober living, he served as their Vice President for 2 years before moving on to doing clinical outreach for treatment centers.
Trained in Intervention and Mental Health First Aid, Lloyd has been working with Ascendant NY since they first opened their doors in 2018, and has been working for them as their Vice President of Clinical and Community Outreach since 2021. He is very passionate about connecting people and helping those in need obtain treatment. In his free time Lloyd loves to hang with his dog Evie in Central Park.
