Step 1: Reach Out Today
The first step in the process is both the simplest as well as the most difficult. It can be difficult for some to acknowledge they need help. There is often hopelessness or shame that sets in.
At Ascendant, we advance a judgment-free and compassionate care model that puts the patient’s well-being above all else.
Upon making that first difficult call, our team will complete a short pre-screening phone evaluation to ensure Ascendant is the best fit. It is at this time that we will also verify insurance coverage and payment options.
Step 2: Patient Is Admitted Into Ascendant NY
If clinically appropriate, the patient will be admitted into our inpatient program or an intensive outpatient program (IOP).
In our programs, patients will receive top-tier medical, clinical, and therapeutic care administered by compassionate addiction specialists.
Through the application of evidence-based treatment modalities, our goal is to ensure patients experience victory over the grip of substance use today, tomorrow, and for a lifetime.
Step 3: Comprehensive Patient Evaluation
